The project entails renovating the existing 27,000-square-foot emergency department and adding another 20,000 square feet for the second floor addition. The project is scheduled for a City Council vote Feb. The Design Review Board also unanimously approved it at its Nov. The city’s Planning Advisory Board unanimously approved the project Wednesday.
